Starting from March 2023, the MASTERLY project became a partner in the Hybrid Productions System (HPS) cluster, which groups more than 30 EU-funded projects (FP7, H2020, Horizon Europe) dealing with hybrid production. The HPS cluster promotes knowledge and experience sharing and aims to define the roadmap for Hybrid Production Systems.
The official presentation of the MASTERLY project took place at the European Robotics Forum 2023 (ERF2023), which is the most influential meeting of the robotics community in Europe. The presentation was part of a series of targeted sessions of approximately 40 minutes each on different aspects of Hybrid Production systems, given by speakers from organizations throughout Europe representing RTOs, Industries, and Academics. The MASTERLY project was presented by George Michalos representing the Laboratory for Manufacturing systems and Automation, the HPS cluster leading organization and coordinator of the MASTERLY project.
The HPS workshop was a great opportunity for the project to be presented to academic researchers or industry professionals and an occasion to listen to the technical activities that are performed in a number of other European-funded projects and learn about developments in key technologies.
