On 28 November 2025, the MASTERLY project participated in ajoint webinar with sister projects HARTU, SMARTHANDLE, and AGILEHAND under the EFFRA – Made in Europe partnership. The event, titled “Translating research into practice: turning real industrial needs into smart, flexible and human-centred solutions,” brought together researchers, industry representatives, and technology experts to explore how European R&D is driving innovation in manufacturing environments. The webinar attracted 30 participants eager to learn about tangible progress across the project cluster and engage directly with experts.
MASTERLY’s KLEEMANN use case in focus
Our coordinator, the Laboratory for Manufacturing Systems and Automation (LMS), presented MASTERLY’s work on the KLEEMANN use case, showcasing how the project is advancing:
- Mobile robotics for part transportation
- AI-based and advanced gripper technologies
- Human-robot collaboration solutions that support shop floor operators
The session provided concrete demonstrations of how MASTERLY and its sister projects are translating research into industrial impact, with opportunities for participants to ask questions and engage with the team.
